$NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ I bought more nVIDIA when the dollar/yen ...

I bought more nVIDIA when the dollar/yen was over 160, so it's more worrisome than the stock price, it seems unlikely that the yen will swing to being stronger than 160 yen, I determined to buy more.
I never thought it would drop to the low 140 yen in 2 months.
You can say 'well, let's wait' whether the stock price goes down or goes up, but it's not the same for exchange rates.
I clap my hands at my own poor judgment.

  • ☆ラジエル★ : If you determine it as a long-term perspective, I think the yen will depreciate. If the yen strengthens, you can make aggressive investments. Let's patiently devise a strategy. Winning through time is the key to future investments. Especially individual investors, I think that way.

  • JUNCHAN1119 : I'm the same
Even if the stock price is the same, due to the influence of exchange rates, the stock price is about $15 higher when converted to yen, around ±0. I have not exchanged the proceeds and have dollar shareholding. I'm considering that the yen may depreciate in a few years.

  • tsusann : Due to the impact of exchange rates, it doesn't seem to be turning positive easily 😭

I think we just have to wait patiently...

  • spa2000 OP ☆ラジエル★ : Thank you for your comments! Indeed, as a small individual, it's also good to consider reinvestment when the yen swings high! It was a new perspective! Thank you!

  • spa2000 OP JUNCHAN1119 : Personally, I'm quite negative.
But I will continue to hold on and do my best.

As a Japanese person, I want the yen to appreciate, but as an investor, I want the yen to depreciate. It's a dilemma, haha.

  • spa2000 OP tsusann : Thank you for your comment! Let's wait. I can only say that NVIDIA will rise enough to break the yen. I'm sorry, but I'm just a beginner.
