this is usually the bottom of a dip on the daily. 9s down complete spells reversal it has to do with ganns 9s. you can look it up on Google, it's confusing but interesting to learn

sundsvallson Ultratech OP : you spoke about the indicator, i am referencing a note about this example as it pertains to the indicator...Why then change the subject & say charts lie? If you knew about the 9s, then you would know about the shapes the numbers form and whether that signals true reversal or trend continuation.
I have not given any opinion on the price directionzl, only commenting on reading the indicator.
