What is the overheating issue in Nvidia's financial results?

Where exactly is the problem?

Process nodes don't differ that much between 4nm and H100, right? Wasn't it something like connecting multiple similar components with special technology to create a single chip, similar to H100?

So it's becoming a much larger chip than before, isn't it?

So the yield has also decreased, right? Isn't it natural for it to generate a lot of heat?

Isn't creating a server that can cool it down a showcase of the server maker's skills?

Isn't it similar to the orphan model of gaming GPUs?
