Investors holding $NVIDIA(NVDA.US$ shares at Thursday's close will receive nine additional shares after Friday's close, with the stock price adjusted to reflect the split. Nvidia will start trading at the adjusted price on Monday, June 10.

104377867 : It takes a day for a trade to settle. If you buy (1) Friday your shares will settle on Monday, at which point they'll have been split (10 shares) so no need to give extra shares like June 6 shareholders after market close on June 7. You own the shares when trade settles. As far as you need to concern if buying today, they get split end of June 7.
