$Nxu Inc(NXU.US$ This isn’t from short selling but rather that these crooks are using using the shelf offering on file which allows them to issue shares whenever now that they’ve gotten the extension. Think about it, no one would want those shares if they were to delist but now that they’re not, they’re immediately diluting by selling more shares. Just my opinion but if I’m right this could go on for a bit.

Moostafa : Look at FSR very similar price action. If you compare NXUs price action to last Wednesday before the pop also similar. NXU has a Liquidity Gap above at 0.025 which it will hit I belive at some point.
Haywood Jablome OP Moostafa : WOW!!! FSR at 1.56. I had no idea. You could be right but I’m just putting it out there. BETS is tanking for the same reason but in a different way. Distress debt holders are exercising cashless warrants that were issued to pay off debt and lenders (Shamir Capital) are now dumping those shares on the open market. I can say that confidently looking at Shamir’s SEC filings. It’s what they do so just a word of caution. Hopefully it bounces. I got out but will keep an eye on it. GLTA.
Moostafa Haywood Jablome OP : Yeah its dilution on FSR, NXU as well. They just cut deals with the sec and rs to bail their buddies out by diluting more. Great example would be Micromobility lol, look at their chart. An RS then straight down to nothing, then another RS, and same thing. They are all crooks but you can play their game. I short Micromobility after and RS all the way down to nothing you almost cant go wrong lol
