  • Moomoo Lily : Hi, @Moomoo Buddy Please assist. Thanks!

  • tough Anteater_3756 : Because MooMoo use your bought price before dividend and didn’t update. Real ATH is today’s ATH+0.44(dividend)

  • Meikayuri OP : eh... why would they do that? is the market practice to deduct the dividend to make it reflecting the 'actual' price?

  • 1M65 Meikayuri OP : aiyo.. it seems like you are new to all these. you should read up more and do your own homework. beneficial to you.

  • Apoh : U may Double Confirm by checking SGX website 🤔next time before committing.
    Thanks for sharing this.
    Everyone learn👍

  • 1M65 Meikayuri OP : when you use any platform, whatever price they state whether original price + paid out div or current price (original price - paid out div) doesn't matter.

you just have to note what's your buy-in price can already. if you're in for long and for it's dividends then it doesn't matter.

jus kp it and avg down if ur buy-in price is higher. if you're a trader then it's a different scene. whatever it is as long as you're able to get 5, 6, 7 or at most even 8% dividends when you calculate against your own buy-in price, it's good enough.

  • Meikayuri OP : thanks for reminding, SGX said OCBC ATH is 15.38. Besides, moomoo should have shown my buy price is being averaged down with the dividend payout, instead of reducing the actual 52w high stock price

  • Moomoo Buddy : Hello, thank you for your feedback. The summary data of the historical time frame results from the data after adjustment(Adjust Forward). If the stock has undergone ex-rights (like dividend payment, split or reverse split), the historical price will be different from the actual transaction price at that time.

  • Meikayuri OP Moomoo Buddy : i see, i go change the adjusted option, thanks buddy

  • Meikayuri OP Meikayuri OP : actually no different after switch from forward adjusted, backwards adjusted (default) or unadjusted
