Ocean Fresh Berhad IPO 20 Jun 2024

$OFB (0312.MY)$, a frozen seafood company en route to the ACE Market at an initial public offering (IPO) price of 28 sen, has been valued at between 35 sen and 54 sen by analysts. TA Securities valued the stock at 35 sen and Mercury Securities at 54 sen, according to Theedge.

Ocean Fresh is expected to have a market capitalisation of RM58.84mil upon listing, based on an enlarged issued capital of 210.15 million shares. From the new shares, 37.83 million will be allocated for selected investors, 10.51 million for the Malaysian public and the remaining 1.71 million will be set aside for eligible parties.
