Idk what this company is thinking, but their timing is complete garbage. First they do an offering when its flying, then a reverse split that completely destroys any value and faith in their managment. During this time they still have slated July meeting to double the shares through stock and warrants. So no matter the outcome expect further dilution around July. NFA
