$SoundHound AI (SOUN.US)$ Well the answer i got so far is not dilution! Rule 144 sales in a nutshell is a way to sell securities that have not been registered! Ex: Founders shares, possibly Family members shares, Shares obtained in a IPO and many more ways! that were never registered!
