OpenAI to Terminate API Services in China
Alibaba's Tongyi Qianwen announces a migration plan for OpenAI users, and Baidu's flagship model Wenxin becomes free for the first time.

With OpenAI's deactivation, domestic large model providers seized the opportunity, offering discounts and "migration" services to attract users.
