OUE REIT @ The REITs Symposium

The REITs Symposium has always been a great platform for OUE REITto connect with investors. This year, we were particularly excited to join the event again and celebrated our 10th Anniversary together with participants on-site.

During the event, our team shared insights into our strength of having both hotels and offices in our portfolio. We also detailed our commitment to prudent capital management, as well as how we continued to deliver sustainable growth and long-term value creation for our unitholders.

Meanwhile, our CEO Mr.Han Khim Siewalso participated in a panel discussion titled "Navigating through Challenges and Unlocking Opportunities" alongside other distinguished panellists, Ms.Sock Cheng Ang, Chief Operating Officer (Fund Management & Investment) at Keppel Ltd andXian Yang Wong, Head of Research (Singapore & SEA) at Cushman & Wakefield.

Given the elevated interest rate environment, it is important for Singapore REITs community to collaborate and demonstrate our fundamental strength and resilience to investors. Thank you very much for the organisers, InvestingNote, ShareInvestor, and REITAS, as well as fellow REITs peers for making this event a success! A special shout-out to Kenny Lohwho conducted his maiden live interview with our CEO!

Last but not least, congratulations to the lucky draw winners! Enjoy your one-night stay at Hilton Singapore Orchard and Crowne Plaza Changi Airport!
