Overall sentiment has been soaring since June 2020, and Wall Street professionals' excitement has gotten out of hand... ultimately leading to traders' Cash / Money Market levels (i.e. no longer having "off-exchange funds") plummeting to record levels, and they are instead putting all their funds into Stocks.
