EscapeGoat OG : depends on what type of option you have,  call. put? also when does it expire?  options get automatically assigned if it's a put out exercise of its a call,  meaning you will own the shares at the end of the day do you have enough money to cover the purchase of the shares?  if you don't the best cost of action is to sell before the end of trading day.  hope this helps

EscapeGoat OG miu x 2 OP : you should have received a message from the broker telling you the options expire today with automatic assigment normally days of your account doesn't have enough money to cover the shares they will automatically liquidate at expiration since it is a put you're not required to buy the shares but you have the right to sell them at the store price.  if you rather not deal with all of that  just sell your contracts before 3 hours close of market and take your profit. I suggest you do a bit more reading regarding options to get familiar how they work to avoid potentially expensive mistakes.
