Palantir Share Price:

I felt palantir management is really unfair to investors that bought their shares.
1. They gave too many bonus shares to their staff annually.
2. When the price rises, there are always insiders selling their shares. It ends up after a short while, The share price drops!
That is why the stock price always moves sideways and hardly advances.

  • digimonX : cannot really say like this. In the US, it is common that stock options is part of employees' compensation.  companies normally give stock options to encourage employees to work harder because it makes them feel they own the company.

    conversely, companies that don't give stock options can have employees that just work 9 to 5 & then cannot care less as long as they get their mthly pay.  

    As investors, we want companies that have dedicated employees to get the company to greater heights.

  • ISTJ digimonX : Not only in the US, but rather a standard practice in tech industry. Coz the total compensation is Base + RSUs + Bonus. So RSUs are part of the salary in a sense.
