$PARAMON (1724.MY)$ I like this counter. Good fundamentals, sound management with a long history...these guys were the developers behind Damansara Jaya, Bandar Utama to name a few.
Now this counter hovering RM1b revenue mark, with analysts tracking with buy calls TP 1.47 (latest Mar'24 by TA). Nice numbers, sound business plan notwithstanding growing property markets. Watch this latest qtr results, by the way the price is moving the results promising to be good. Pays a good dividend, TTM 5.46% though this somewhat skewed to higher one-off dividend last year resulting from their sale of core asset (KDU).
The MooMoo Market Position Overview points toward long term holders, profit taking being well-absorbed. Me thinks the RM1.20 will become new cost basis with a near future run-up toward the RM1.45 TP mark.
