PATIENCE is not inaction.

I find it fun to make a number go up; that usually takes time. In the current market, we are all spoiled. Truly, not much time is required.

This is my flip-side of “Don’t lose money.” Sometimes one will. Position size and time will largely dictate whether one is knocked out of the game.

Capital preservation, is important, of course. And it sounds trite, but be willing to lose what you put forward (notice I dodnt say ‘afford to.’) To those with a growth mindset - patience, consideration and constant learning may make all the difference. All aspects of my life inform my trading and investing. LISTEN & ask questions - many will help you to learn happily. Read (not my posts, I don’t have the chops.) Mistakes and successes, surround yourself with the best people, whom you yourself would choose to emulate.

GENIUS TRADING ACCOUNT (during a forgiving and historic bull market - lots of conviction, wuite a few calls.);

I started with buy and holdings (late!,) then began to concentrate on my convictions. I don’t even remember the drop back down to my own starting point. I didn’t actually notice, but looking back, may well have been dofficult. Not because I could stand to lose it, exactly, to my mind. But because I went into it expecting to do so. As a staring point, failure can be freeing. I focused on improvement. (My Moo Moo account is actually far more ridiculous…ha!)

Importantly, at each spike, I have been buying bitcoins and dividend stocks in other accounts. Profit points set and plenty to ride, plus the ultimate win: Buy and Hold.
