It looks like some perverse take on DCA, except you're buying a placeholder for a leveraged inverse of an inflationary asset. There is no way this can end well, because $ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ ETF (SQQQ.US)$ isn't a thing. So you're not accumulating anything other than debt (in the form of previous buys at higher than market value). There is no logical bottom like there is with going long on the stock, where you can be sure that it can't go to zero, because it still makes money, and employs thousands of people, and NVIDIA, MSFT, GOOG, etc. aren't likely to go out of business any time soon. (TSLA on the other hand, may eventually go to zero, but not the entire NASDAQ index)

What you're doing looks like martingale strategy for a casino game.

if you really think the NASDAQ is facing apocalypse, why not just buy cheap put options (that most people think are unrealistic) with a distant expiry. In the meantime, if you just want to guarantee that you buy somewhat low, sell call options at an unrealistically low price, also with a distant expiry, at least that way, you're making the premium while waiting for your doomsday scenario to eventuate?

Also, just a life lesson I've learned, if you bet against everyone, such that you're the only winner, and the whole world except you are fu*ked, the establishment just won't let it happen. Somehow, regardless of what should happen, it won't, people will fudge things, and kick the can down the road for the next generation to deal with.

BTW: judging by your posts, you seem like a fairly smart trader, so what have I missed? Why are you torturing yourself  by accumulating SQQQ?
