wafflewolfeh : Think it’s quite bad… from the consensus of my Chinese friends. This is the last attempt to boost China economy before they’re headed for the ‘lost decade’. I’ve asked about 5-6 Chinese PhD nationals they all mentioned that they see this as a last attempt and likely will fail. I’m out.
