The price-to-earnings ratio (PE) = earnings per share reflects on the stock price, so the higher the PE, the higher the bubble rate. I previously sold PLTR at 50 because its PE was 321 times, the result was- when the market is crazy, PE is not completely accurate, but when the tide goes out, you'll see who's not wearing swimming trunks. Not my words, it's what the stock god Buffett said.
