Make it Big : Peloton still has about 3 million subscribers, paying $44 per month. The company needs to retain these customers, to maintain the income. The company is also looking at charging a $95 activation fee for the usage of refurbished equipment. These are the potential revenue streams. However, it does not look like it has growth potential given that the spike in current EPS is contributed largely by cutting sales and marketing expenses.
