Personally as investor... I liked sgx for its stability and only consider banks and reits for stable dividends play. No complaints on sgx on this role. Ultimately the problem with most sgx listed companies(imo) they lack international ambition(most don't go beyond ASEAN) and with it chance for explosive growth. If temasek is listed as asset management company, It will definitely draw lots of investors in, myself included.
