FO Conditioning OP w8888988 : yep, it's one of it plus the probability of the future cash flow based on the goods and services it sells in the business perspective, how far can the sales grow, if the free cash flow is negative I need to put a big discount to consider to buy it, it happened to me many times i. e. SATS, basically negative free cash flow isn't favourable even though the business looks good IMO
