STOP LOSSES ARE NOT WORKING. THEY ACTIVATE IN REVERSE AND THEN CANCEL AUTOMATICALLY.
A 4.1 trigger stop loss with an order of 4 triggers at 4, tries to sell at 4.1, fails immediately and auto cancels. This can't be legal. This has been happening for several days now. I literally cannot prevent losses.

IAmShibby OP Trytosaveabit : It isn't working through the whole day though. If I sell manually I feel like I've accepted the new price and intentionally taken a further loss. Whereas these are just stop losses activating in reverse and cancelling.

There's also no disclosure that a SL order won't work during PM or AH.This is the reverse of what the order details show. Trigger was 5.1 obviously to sell at 5 and stop losses.

Trytosaveabit IAmShibby OP : I gotta see what exact order you’re using and how you are setting it up! It can get rejected for a number of reasons! As far as the regular market hours only for SL I forget where it’s at but they do have it stated that they don’t work outside of reg hours.

I can't find anything that tells me in any obvious or easy to understand way that I can't place stop losses In PM or AH. If I can't, it shouldn't be an option under the tab for non regular trading hours. That's misleading and a violation of RSC 1985 C34.

I just checked and it says can be used anytime! That’s good to know! But still only LIMIT type orders! Again apologies I didn’t know they changed that! I’m still trying to figure out why you’re getting rejected!

IAmShibby OP Trytosaveabit : No need to apologize at all! See I've had orders rejected before, is that not different than a cancellation? I chatted for a half hour on the phone with support yesterday and they confirmed things were working in reverse for some reason and then.... did nothing about it.
So it's causing wild shit like I had a stop set today to prevent dropping below $100 profit on a trade. It failed and cancelled. I'm now down $2 in that trade.
