$Beyond Meat(BYND.US$ I have been eyeing BYND because I love the company and its products however I can’t justify investing in it right now.
Cons:
Cons:
1.Negative growth
2.High operating expenses
3.Huge cash burn
4.Decreased demand
5.Products too expensive
6.Unhealthy
7.A lot of competition, especially against Impossible, who is stronger in terms of business and taste
Pros:
Pros:
1. It’s possible BYND’s new formula is much healthier and better tasting, which would fix two problems on the con list
2.The downside risk is limited because of the current negative sentiment
3.Considerable short interest

Bullish for all : Go eat real meat… fake meat is unhealthy no matter how they fix it
Spirited_ApricotOP Bullish for all: Yeah mass produced plant based meat may not be healthy but I’ve yet seen scientific proof that a carcass is any better and highly doubt I ever will.
Bullish for all Spirited_ApricotOP: For thousands of years human evolve to the top of food chain and you want to go back to the Stone Age. And eat against our dna…
Spirited_ApricotOP Bullish for all: Human diets have evolved continuously. Just because we’ve eaten meat for thousands of years doesn’t mean we can’t adapt to new, healthier, and more sustainable options. Our diets have always changed with new knowledge and technology. Just like we moved from raw to cooked foods, we can adapt to plant-based.
Reducing red and processed meats can lower the risk of diseases (see links below). Many plant-based options are getting healthier with improved formulations, which is hopefully what BYND will do.
Limit red and processed meat
It's time to try meatless meals

It’s about having options. No one’s forcing anyone to switch entirely to plant-based meats, but it’s nice to have these choices for health, ethical, or environmental reasons. I myself try not to eat a lot of plant based meats and make my own alternatives at home if I can.
