Hey all hope you are well. Havent been writing much but with the expectation of the upcoming Fed interest cuts, things are looking better and it made the pain we went through earlier the year worth while. I have received 25k of dividends so far and with this in mind, all but one stock is in the green. No one can predict the future so lets see what the upcoming days bring us!

Paddyal : I am a beginner in trading. Can anybody guide me here. I want to invest,I see that REITs are all doing great, and they are all too high already. what should the price i should look at for investing?
DividendKopi OP Paddyal : To be honest I personally am terrible at timing the market. That’s why I also do RSP into a REITs ETF to maintain exposure. It may not be great like catching a good buy but at least I mitigate the risk of buying at a top.
