Prime Minister Kishida

The government will promote entry from overseas to strengthen Japan's asset management business. We will attract leading fund managers from around the world and revitalize competition. Following the drastic expansion and perpetuation of the Small Investment Tax Exemption System (NISA), it is positioned as the second step in changing Japan into a country that invests and is being invested.
Prime Minister Fumio Kishida will give a lecture to investors on the afternoon of the 21st (before dawn on the 22nd Japan time) during his visit to New York. Here, it is stated that “structural reforms will be carried out” with regard to the asset management business, and entry is called for.
