The only reason this stock is underperforming is due to insiders or 10% owners selling. There has been good news that was overshadowed by this selling. Hedge funds have been increasing their positions the past two quarters. If insiders are done selling, it should start to break out. Average volume is only 1.29 million, so we should see it slowly inching higher until it gains momentum. Price action can be erratic at times due to low volume and concentrated ownership. I've been buying on dips below $18. It's been bouncing between 17.7 and 18.5 for the past week. If it breaks above 19, I think volume will increase, and it will go to 27 relatively quickly.
