the risk here is if the economy goes into full blown recession then the consumer might die the consumer might get fucked upside down and that means the retail companies like walmart costco and target they might get fucked once again and after that people might stop buying houses or delay their plans which will be bad for these housing stocks so it's a risk you have to take and tread this line hoping for a soft landing but either way in the short term at least until September we should see these names rally a bit and that's enough to make some gains
