promised to call me on 5th but till now no one called me ! makes me feel all the 5.8% etc promos are only scams to get new users! promises not kept!

  • Dadacai : Is there some misunderstanding about the promotion? I see that your deposit was on 24 Sep so depending on when you subscribed to the fund, it hasn’t been 30 days yet.   • 104483983 OP : not referring to the bonus which is supposed to come later. its the basic fund returns that supposed to be deposited daily that was not right

  • 104483983 OP : daily revenue was off. at first it was off big time. only a few cents daily for 50k. repeated wa messages got no replies then I started calling n calling but still no action until I started posting abt it publicly then someone called me. my idd calls cost more then the revenue I was supposed to get. finally I started seeing a few dollars but that too is off.

  • Dadacai 104483983 OP : The proper way to reach customer service is not through WA. The WA team I believe is only doing direct marketing. They are not specialised in customer service. There is a local hotline so there is no need to make IDD calls. FAQ: How do I contact customer service? Have you checked your moomoo statements (Accounts > More > Statements)? Is it also showing the wrong figures?  Just fyi,  moomoo’s daily revenue figures in the app are delayed by one day.

  • Dadacai : Also, the daily revenue doesn’t get deposited in your account. It is just a way to show the day-to-day change in NAV. Just like stock prices, the NAV is not locked until you redeem the units. What’s more important is to check that the number of units based on the NAV on the date you subscribed is correct in your statements.

  • 104483983 OP : i am referring to the 3.7%+ base revenue. yes it fluctuates but still can be calculated. i have to call IDD cos i m not in singapore. the person who contacted me on wats, said she is my client rep so of cos i go to her. and if she cannot handle then she must refer to the correct team but as mentioned, she ignore my messages n no one got back to me after repeated promises to do so. only when i started posting publicly then someone called me.

    i found out too finally why i lost many days of revenue for 5ok. cos it only starts when the buy trades starts ! agn the client / sales / cstmr service staff ALL DO NOT KNOW THIS !!!
