you don't want to buy this ticker.  it is a good indicator reference because you can look at two futures under it quickly.  that's it.  it shows general market direction. that in which you should be buying the stocks under market it tracks because you hold those long for growth year after year and jumps on their earnings. if you look at nvidia or spy the charts look very close following svxy. you want to buy those instead. I have put a lot of thought into this already and understand it much better than I can comment on. Basically shows a barebone direction of the sp500/total stock market
