Pump or dump?
$UP Fintech (TIGR.US)$ short interest is still very high. however the whales have the stock.
two scenarios
1. this dump to $5. short wins
2. whale continue to buy up on market open. shortist panic and cover up. this sprung up to $14.
would be interesting to see this close at 14.
