Q4 Stocks to watch
Earnings Season Review:
I've been pleasantly surprised by the performance of the stocks on my watchlist this quarter, with many of them reporting earnings that exceeded expectations. It's always a good feeling to see your investments outperform.
Bullish on Tesla (TSLA.US):
One stock that I'm particularly bullish on is Tesla. While all the stocks mentioned above are of high quality with their sustainable economic moats, I see Tesla as having significant upside potential, especially given the recent correction it experienced. The automotive and energy company continues to lead the electric vehicle industry and has ambitious plans in the energy and AI sectors. The recent correction has created an attractive entry point for investors. Additionally, with Microsoft reaching its 52-week high, it highlights the potential for growth in tech-related stocks, which could indirectly benefit Tesla.
Long-Term Potential with ARM Holdings:
I also believe that ARM Holdings has substantial long-term potential, provided that US-China relations maintain or improve and its operations in China remain active. ARM Holdings is a key player in the semiconductor industry and could benefit from the global demand for advanced chips. The tech industry heavily relies on their designs, and if geopolitical tensions ease, it could unlock significant growth opportunities.
Palantir's Unique Opportunity:
Lastly, I see Palantir as a stock with unique opportunities. While it's known for its high volatility due to many investors shorting the stock, I believe Palantir will perform well in the long term. Its data analytics and software are crucial in various industries, and its government contracts provide a stable revenue stream. As businesses and governments increasingly rely on data-driven decision-making, Palantir's services are likely to see sustained demand.
