  • GoldmanStacks : good thing I loaded on calls for next year with those strk prices 😆

  • 10baggerbamm : that's way too low if you look at what it would cost to build a Fab facility to get all the permits you're talking years of regulation and Intel's got a fast track because of the chips act. that's worth a lot of money that stick a shovel in the ground and start building Intel has not received a dime yet from the government they just have promises you got to believe Biden at his word which is highly subjective actually but that being said.. if you look at the markets that Intel has and if you look at the markets that Qualcomm has there's very little overlap so it creates enormous opportunities for Qualcomm and Qualcomm has clearly Superior management than Intel from the top down. furthermore companies business plans are not like a trader or somebody investing in stock for 6 months or a year these are 5-year 10-year 20-year plans where is the company going to be in 2030 2040 and how will this help us penetrate new markets that we're not even in where there's enormous barriers to entry.. that's why I'm telling you you would see at least a 60 plus percent premium to the current price of $22.. so you're talking like I said 34 to $36 maybe even more and the reason why I say maybe more is if it's a stock deal stock is cheap stock is like the federal government printing money it's paper cash is Cash Cash is King so Qualcomm could offer more stock then cash and if intel agrees what typically happens in those arrangements is Qualcomm stock gets shorted by short sellers.. that lowers the actual purchase price and then Qualcomm has to come back on top and offer more money to close the deal.. again this is all conjecture but I've seen this shit happen many a times over 36 plus years in different industries different sectors. the big X Factor nail is the current administration is very much against mergers but with this you have two American companies not like the Japanese company trying to buy us steel

  • Maufi OP 10baggerbamm : I hope you are right with your price target!
