If you set to use night trading price, today's profit and loss will be reset at 20:00 Eastern Time, and the profit and loss from yesterday (originally today's profit and loss) will be calculated from 20:00 to 24:00 Eastern Time.
Mobile: Settings - Trade Settings - Position Display - Open or Close pre-market and after-hours prices for US stocks
Computer: Settings - Trade Settings - Special Handling - Open or Close pre-market and after-hours prices for US stocks
