Question on AMC(2) options

Mostly what are the obligations of this contract? In all honesty if it's what I think it is it appears to be a pretty exceptional way to make some extra cash for shares. Also bite me on the apes don't play options BS. More money equals more shares. $AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$
