OceansWave : Although based on polls by Fedwatch, 92 - 99% chance no interest rate increase for September, somehow, investors and traders will still panic and sell off if the overall message is hawkish..
The most interesting part is that Papa Powell will never directly tell you if there will be an interest rate hike again in Nov, and he will always say the Feds are dedicated to combat inflation. They need more data.. end up leaving for different analyst to interpret and the market will really depend on these analyst who influence the market trend..
My guess will be any impact, whether positive or negative outcome.. today the market will remain side ways.. just like the past two days.. the impact will only come starting tomorrow.. this is my guess..
