Market risk off for the past week. Is it a good buying opportunity?

Market volatility may have come off, but it is still not at the level as in month of July.

Remained calm by closing off my laptop for this week. Siting on counters RED meaning that trading strategy requires some improvement. Firstly, Cash flow. Be decisive to cut loss and buy back later stage. Secondly, no leveraging or borrowing meaning no additional cost to hold on counters. It's just only losses on paper, which eventually will bounce back when the time is right. All these counters are part of Strait Times Index (STI).
