Rapid reduction in positions
US stocks last night, in the end did not recover much, $Eli Lilly and Co (LLY.US)$ and $Apple (AAPL.US)$ Having to cut most of my portfolio that was dominated by leading stocks that continued to fall 😔.
Instead, I'm benefiting from sector rotation. $Berkshire Hathaway-B (BRK.B.US)$ Or buying REITs with high discipline in recent candlestick charts. $Realty Income (O.US)$ I tried buying it, but ended up falling during the day 😭. In this kind of market, nothing seems to go well.
Although the Japanese stocks' charts were not collapsing, I thought of cutting off the bad ones to reduce positions, so I sold a-reit etf. Maybe I could have kept some of Taiyo Yuden. $Recruit Holdings (6098.JP)$ 、 $Hitachi (6501.JP)$ 、 $Taiyo Yuden (6976.JP)$ I sold gold to reduce my position. Maybe I could have kept Taiyo Yuden.
Instead $Sumitomo Forestry (1911.JP)$ I bought a little instead, and this feels good. With the USA lowering interest rates, it seems like real estate is going to grow, so is Sumitomo Forestry with a share of the USA rising as a speculative buy? 🏠 However, the USA's housing market seems to have a relatively high proportion of existing homes, so it's unclear whether Sumitomo Forestry's performance will improve with the interest rate cut. In fact, since existing homes are not circulating in the market due to high interest rates, there seems to be an increase in new construction starts instead. Well, if investors are saying it's up, then it must be up 😏
I've significantly reduced my position, and now it's about 30% of my funds. Anyway, it's certain that the easy market conditions are over, so let's be careful not to lose any more. Let's have the courage to cut losses 😤

乱空 : As a matter of fact, BRK.B was at a high price since listing and was directly below the 450 that was used as a guide, so I wonder if it would be tough...
