The system ranks employees based on various attributes and determines the weight of their opinions.

After learning of this, Dalio demanded changes and the consultant who created the system programmed a new rule that kept Dalio's score numerically bulletproof to negative feedback, ensuring he stayed at the top.

The company denies these claims, stating that Dalio did not have special privileges or powers and that the process was fair.

Dalio called the book containing these allegations "sensational and inaccurate".
