RBC stocks or XIU or others?

I have been investing in RBC stock mainly am thinking to diversified a little by sell ing off some of the RBC stock and invest in either XIU or others stock to diversified my portfolio. Any thoughts and recommendation? $Royal Bank of Canada (RY.CA)$ $ISHARES S&P/TSX 60 INDEX ETF UNIT (XIU.CA)$
