David Wong HH OP : Reason of buying 5 instead of 1 is because each of them has different profit earning seasons. For example APPLE & Tesla will growth when the market consumer willing to spend. And for Taiwan Semiconductor & Nvida will continue growth as well as they play important to supply chip & AI chip for all the Big Tech Company.

Last but not least Realty Income is one of biggest Reits in the market. Is a good choice to Buy In Realty Income to get Dividends every month if you have extra CASH on hand but no where to use.
David Wong HH OP : Personally for Tesla will Buy In Dip & Sell out at Peak frequently, as this company have amazing potential & concept to growth like Robotaxi, Tesla Bot Optimus, Tesla Insurance, Tesla Charging station, and Tesla Energy storage.
Meanwhile their core profit income from Car sales performance still not that good as expected. Hence Tesla floating rate is high, it’s an opportunity for those who want to earn some coffee money everyday.
