Reason why not to buy Nvidia and buy TSM instead
Member's question: Can I buy? $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ Is the stock price reasonable? $Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM.US)$ (28/5) Jeff: I would choose to buy
So, after 45 days, Nvidia: $114.83->$134.91 (+17.49%) TSM: $154.34->$191.05 (+23.76%) Actually, I'm not saying that stock price growth is winning. The real reason I chose like this is risk management. I would rather earn less than invest in companies with higher risk than return. Although Nvidia is a shovel company with advanced technology and no competitors can produce alternatives in the short term, I don't know how long this will last. And the company's P/E ratio has reached over 70, and the net profit growth forecast for Q2 is only a single digit compared to Q1. No one can determine the future growth. As for TSM, we started buying at $130+. The company shares its revenue every month. As early as when the company shared a 59.1% growth in April, you already had 100% data to support your investment. And this is not something you have to wait for the quarterly report to know. Of course, as the revenue grows, the company's stock price also rises. And TSM is also a major beneficiary of AI phones and computers.
This year I have filtered: $Nu Holdings (NU.US)$ :+28.8% $Abercrombie & Fitch (ANF.US)$ : +51.9% TSM : +31.72% There is also a report of a company whose stock price will skyrocket by more than 50%, I will give it to you for free! I put the link to my assistant's WA in the comments, go PM her and get it for free! After you make a profit from your investment, you should subscribe to us, right? 😉
