Rebound coming?

$iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (TLT.US)$ seems 92.98 got supported yesterday and rebounded. Rubber bang over stretch and see if the downtrend will finally end here. I still think the rate cuts in the next few months will show us the truth value of TLT price, and should not be at the current price.
