“The following response was provided by our General Counsel for Kodak.
The amounts referenced in the inquiry are the numbers specified in Kodak’s Certificate of Incorporation (attached) and have not changed since Kodak emerged from Bankruptcy in 2013. The number of outstanding shares of common stock as reported in Kodak’s last 10-Q is 80.3 million shares”

regarding to “We are authorized to issue up to 500,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share” clause.
That means… not going to try dilution to 500M. But this time the ESOP will dilute though not too much (note will add a lot of liquid shares)
