Recently, because of Mother's Day, the theme here is to talk about my mother. But I'll just talk about my dad here; anyway, Father's Day is coming soon. Speaking of my parents, I think of the lyrics in Lee Young-ho's song: “My mom and dad gave me quite a bit, not enough for me to run in this era, enough for me to live”

I was born into an ordinary Chinese family. I'm not very wealthy, but at least I don't have to worry about food and clothing. In their age, parents did not have the opportunity to get a high education because of their poor family situation. They don't have a high social status; they are just ordinary migrant workers. Despite this, they have also been diligent and diligent for most of their lives, bringing a few of our sisters and brothers up. Perhaps like most Asian parents, they are subdued and ashamed to praise their children.

I haven't been bad since elementary school. All elementary schools are in the first class, and all middle schools are in Group A. But these usually aren't brought up. And my introverted, shy, and cowardly personality is often the subject of criticism. Perhaps they don't understand that some problems cannot be solved by blaming them. Afterwards, I faced several major life decisions. One was to go on to college after graduating from middle school, the second was to enter the workplace for the first time, and the third was to have a wedding.

At these major turning points in my life, when I was at a loss, as my closest elder, they only put more pressure on me most of the time. Of course, everything is over. If you think about it this time, I can't blame them; after all, that's what their life experiences are like. They have also done their best to give us the best within their abilities and perceptions.

Now I'm also a father. In the process of interacting with children, I try to communicate with them in a positive manner, and replace irritability and blame with patience and encouragement. It's not easy. After all, we're all just ordinary people, and sometimes we have emotions, but I'll do my best.
