Redeem my bond for 2 parts, first shot buy SIA for dividends before 31th. After dividend if drop to 0.38 or 0.41 will hold and buy again at the low point, 2nd shot to accumulate for September holiday and Year end.

Hope to hit 7.5 in Sept and 8 or above by Year End. finger cross 🤞..

8.0 is the new Norm, I think management is targeting. My conservative guess only
