Moomoo Buddy : Dear client, if you want to withdraw the fund after you redeem it, you can choose redeem to your debit card directly. The main difference between these two is where you want your funds to stay. To the security account means the funds will be in your moomoo Universal account and if you wish to withdraw them you need to initiate a withdrawal after the funds arrived your account. If you choose redeem to debit card, you don't need to initiate the withdrawal again.
