Redemption need +-5%?

$LionGlobal Short Duration Bond Fund QDis (SG9999002646.MF)$ guys, be aware that if you guys happen to buy this fund and want to redeem, you could get -5% just like that, see below; the fund 1 year return only -6%, if you redeem they take 5%, then you are better of just putting your money in FD, I’m getting ting clarification from Moomoo, see whta they come back with ..
