Real estate is doing well today
Real estate has been oversold due to the high interest rate policy up until now
However, I think the market is surely incorporating interest rate cuts little by little
If this trend continues, there is a high possibility that real estate-related matters will be reviewed

I plan to sell the short-term portion in August (since I'm afraid of the September market price & there is a possibility that it will drop depending on Chairman Powell and Mr. Trump)
If it's a long term, I think it can be expected quite a bit, but if it's in the short term, the sense of uncertainty can't be erased by any means
