Reits rise as rate cuts are finalized, my lucky entry points and a close encounter.
Recently as we all know, rate cuts are basically finalized and the next big thing in the markets.
Back when the feds initially indicated a rate cut, I got in at just the right time to bag a good price on $Mapletree Ind Tr (ME8U.SG)$ , leading to a chart Tha looks like this.

I initially planned for this to be a long term investment but reits rose way above my expectations, pushed by rate cut optimism, and I honestly won't complain about it.
I've cut my position quite alot as price is reaching its previous high, but will add on any dips.
On the other hand, my Singapore stock free commissions were ending soon, so I decided to put a little bit into $SIA (C6L.SG)$ as I felt that they would be rising from the rate cuts and currency fluctuations brought about by the boj awhile ago.

I also had a close encounter on $CSE Global (544.SG)$ , selling just before the price dumped following a court settlement from one of their subsidiaries.
I also managed to improve my market timings on Nvidia, buying the dip cuz the previous trade had a stop loss slippage.

Yep that's all, I'll likely monitor reits for any other buy opportunities and hope to earn more on my Nvidia trades.
